Dracula Roll is a perforated, plastic-coated paper roll with a highly absorbent natural cellulose layer for preserving fresh food. Placed at the bottom of trays or containers, it separates food from excess moisture while absorbing released liquids to help maintain freshness and reduce oxidation, odours and spoilage. Suitable for preserving fish, seafood, meat, cheese, fruit, vegetables, salads and flowers, it can be used in refrigerated storage and display trays to help extend product shelf life while maintaining presentation quality. The white surface also makes it easy to identify any changes in the condition of fresh products.
