Use
Dilute 1 part dashi with 4–5 parts water to prepare a traditional vegan dashi broth. It is ideal for soups, ramen, udon, soba, oden, simmered vegetables, and braised dishes. Used undiluted, it adds rich umami to sauces, broths, rice, noodles, marinades, and other savoury preparations.
