Terre Exotique Colombo powder is a spice blend of turmeric, mustard, black pepper, paprika, coriander cumin and fenugreek.
It is a French Caribbean adaption of the Madras curry mix, milder and with a brighter colour than its Indian counterpart. In the West Indies this blend is used to flavour chicken, goat, shrimp and lamb but work as well in vegetarian dishes.
