Non Azo food colouring based on concentrated cocoa butter, supplied in convenient flower-shaped pieces. Power Flowers can be used to colour a wide range of fat-based preparations, including chocolate, cocoa butter, ice cream, mousses, ganache and fillings. The highly concentrated formula provides excellent colouring power, with only a few pieces required to colour up to 400g of fat-based mixtures.
