Vegan Celeriac & Fennel Medallion is a handcrafted plant-based medallion made from freshly cut celeriac and fennel, blended with oats, garlic, wheat flour and sunflower oil. It has a firm texture and a distinctive savoury flavour with subtle aniseed notes from the fennel. Made using natural ingredients, it contains no preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or fragrances, making it suitable for a wide range of vegan and plant-based menu applications.
Use
Suitable as a starter, side dish or plant-based component in salads, grain bowls and vegetable-based dishes. After defrosting, fry in hot oil for 2–3 minutes until crisp and golden on both sides. Alternatively, deep-fry from frozen for 2–3 minutes at a minimum of 170°C. Serve with tarragon mayonnaise, remoulade sauce, cornichons, capers or chopped pearl onions.
