Vegan Celeriac & Fennel Medallion is a handcrafted plant-based medallion made from freshly cut celeriac and fennel, blended with oats, garlic, wheat flour and sunflower oil. It has a firm texture and a distinctive savoury flavour with subtle aniseed notes from the fennel. Made using natural ingredients, it contains no preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or fragrances, making it suitable for a wide range of vegan and plant-based menu applications.
Serve with tarragon mayonnaise, remoulade sauce, cornichons, capers or chopped pearl onions.

Format: 30g medallions, 100 pieces per case
Ingredients: Celeriac (65%), rolled oats, mustard (water, mustard seeds, white vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), water, wheat flour, garlic, salt, fennel seeds (1%), sunflower oil
Allergens: Celery, Mustard, Wheat, Oats (Gluten)
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Preparation: After defrosting, fry in hot oil for 2–3 minutes until crisp and golden on both sides. Alternatively, deep-fry from frozen for 2–3 minutes at a minimum of 170°C.
