Its hearty texture and rich taste provide a satisfying meat-style experience while remaining completely plant-based.
Use
Suitable for hot dogs, sausage rolls, sharing platters and centre-of-plate dishes. Cook in a frying pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even browning and cooking. The sausage should reach a core temperature of 72°C before serving. Can also be grilled until evenly browned and heated through.
