It can also be used to adjust acidity and balance flavour profiles without significantly altering the character of the final preparation.
Incorporate directly into the preparation or dissolve in liquids according to the recipe requirements. Use between 0.05–0.1% as a general antioxidant application, and increase up to 3–5% for antioxidant baths used on fruits and vegetables.
