A handcrafted borosilicate glass smoking cloche featuring a patented self-closing silicone connection valve that allows smoke, steam and aromas to be introduced without lifting the dome. Compatible with Aladin®, Super Aladin®, Aladin 007® smokers and the Aladin Aromatic® Aromatizer, it creates an elegant tableside presentation while preserving aromas inside the cloche. Manufactured from highly durable borosilicate glass, it offers excellent resistance to impacts, thermal shock, oven temperatures and freezing, making it suitable for demanding professional kitchens.
