A distinctive paste made from Peruvian medium-sized red chillies. Very hot, but still fruity in flavour. Great as a base for cooking, marinades, dressings, sauces, stews, meat, fish and seafood dishes. Commonly used in Peruvian cuisine.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 7 days.
