Use
Ideal for seasoning meats, poultry, fish, shellfish and tuna, as well as chocolate desserts, panna cotta, mousses, strawberries and fruit-based recipes. It also adds depth to sauces and cocktails. Best freshly ground or added at the end of cooking to preserve its delicate aroma.
