Kalios White Balsamic Vinegar is distinguished by its grape variety: it is made from Moschofilero, Sabbatiano, and Alepo grapes, carefully grown and selected in the heart of the Peloponnese, near Nemea.
It is aged in oak barrels for exactly one year, achieving the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with elegant notes of candied fruit, citrus, and green wood.
Use
Fruitier and lighter, similar to white wine, its aromas pair beautifully with sauces, marinades, fish, and vegetables. Thanks to its clear color, it is ideal for deglazing or enhancing pastry creations without altering their appearance. Free from colouring, caramel, and added sugar.
