Kalios Fig Balsamic is made from dried fig must and grape vinegar aged for 5 years in oak barrels to achieve a more woody flavor. This balsamic reveals elegant fruity notes with a smooth and velvety texture on the palate. Light in acidity, it is made without additives or added sugar.
Use
In cooking, it is ideal in vinaigrettes, on cheeses to enhance salads, or for adding depth to refined savory dishes. It is also perfect for deglazing duck breast and foie gras, or for marinating meat and fish.
