Ideal for ice cream, sorbets, mousses, creams, fillings, bakery, glazes, and plated desserts, Apple Concentrated Paste provides fresh apple flavour with balanced sweetness and aromatic brightness. Its versatile format allows easy incorporation into both hot and cold preparations while maintaining excellent flavour consistency and colour intensity.
Incorporate directly into the preparation at a dosage of 50 g per kilogram of base and mix thoroughly until completely homogeneous. Suitable for both hot and cold applications. Adjust the quantity according to the desired flavour and colour intensity.
