This process develops a rich, sweet flavour and tender texture while preserving the natural character of the peppers. Made without artificial colours or preservatives.
Use
Suitable for tapas, sandwiches, salads, antipasti platters, pizzas, focaccia, pasta dishes and gourmet burgers. Can also be used as a side dish, garnish or ingredient in hot and cold preparations.
