Be Better Plant-Based Pastry Butter is a professional butter alternative for laminated doughs, croissants and puff pastry. Made with 80% plant-based fat, it offers similar melting behaviour and workability to traditional butter, allowing a direct 1:1 replacement in pastry recipes. Its neutral flavour and rich mouthfeel support the flavour of finished products without overpowering other ingredients, while its clean-label formulation is free from palm oil, hydrogenated fats, artificial colours and artificial flavourings,callergens and GMOs.

 

Use

Suitable for croissants, puff pastry, Danish pastries and other laminated dough applications. Provides consistent layering, handling and baking performance while offering a plant-based alternative to traditional pastry butter. Can be used as a direct replacement for butter in equal quantities.
