Lipo Color i78 is a fat-soluble powdered food colouring ideal for colouring fat-based preparations and mixtures. Its concentrated powder format allows for vibrant and even colouring while maintaining the texture of the finished product.
Use
It is particularly suitable for chocolate, cocoa butter, whipped cream, buttercreams, shortcrust pastry, sugar paste, marzipan and other preparations with a high fat content.
For mixtures and fat-based preparations, dissolve the colouring in fats such as melted butter, margarine or cocoa butter before incorporating it into the preparation. It can then be mixed thoroughly to achieve a uniform colour.
For surface decoration, dip the tip of a brush into food-grade alcohol or water, pick up a small amount of colouring and apply directly to the desired surface.
