Chocosmart Milk Chocolate is a smooth and versatile milk chocolate cream designed for frosting, coating, and filling confectionery creations. Its creamy texture ensures easy and clean cutting without cracking or breaking, making it ideal for cakes, pastries, cream puffs, semifreddi, and pralines.
Highly adaptable, Chocosmart can be flavoured with oil-based essences, creams, and flavourings such as hazelnut, coffee, orange, mint, rum, or cognac, allowing complete creative freedom for pastry professionals.
Use
Perfect for coating cakes, pastries, cream puffs, semifreddi, pralines, and desserts. It can also be whipped for use as a filling, frosting, or alternative to buttercream and ganache.
For coatings, heat to 32–35°C in a bain-marie or microwave, stir, and pour directly onto the product. For whipped applications, bring to room temperature and whip in a mixer with paddle attachment until light and airy. Suitable for flavouring with oil-based ingredients only.
