Véire Wagyu is an Irish Wagyu beef brand developed by Kingsbury Farms, combining established Irish farming with the principles of Japanese Wagyu breeding and feeding.
The cattle are reared from birth through to finishing under a controlled programme designed to develop fine marbling, resulting in beef with a rich, even fat distribution, tenderness, and depth of flavour. This approach delivers a consistently distinct Wagyu eating experience.
Working with the whole carcass, Véire Wagyu allows for use beyond traditional prime cuts, opening up a broader range of applications while maintaining the same level of quality throughout.
