Built on direct relationships with growers, their range is shaped by origin, harvest, and the character of each ingredient.
Sourced whole and processed in their atelier in Tours, each spice is handled individually, whether sieved, ground, or gently roasted, to preserve its natural oils and aromatics. No additives, no fillers, just the ingredient as it should be.
