Inspired by the Catalan heritage of its founder Maarten, Jordà was created to rethink the role of garnishes in modern pastry and savoury cuisine. After years working in Michelin-starred kitchens across Belgium and the Netherlands as a chef and pâtissier, Maarten developed a range focused on flavour, texture and visual impact.
The collection includes sweet and savoury crumbles, puffed grains and seeds, crunchy inclusions and vibrant vinegar powders designed for chefs, pastry chefs and chocolatiers. Each product is developed to bring contrast, intensity and texture to plated desserts, bakery, confectionery and savoury dishes.
Recognised with the Gault & Millau Culinary Innovators Award in 2019, Jordà continues to stand out for its originality and contemporary approach to garnishing. Jordà products are available in Ireland through Redmond Fine Foods.
