Freezin’ Friesian is an Irish ice cream producer based on Ballyhussa Farm in Co. Waterford, where the Kiersey brothers work with milk from their own Friesian herd.
At the centre of the range is that milk, coming directly from pasture-fed cows and processed close to source, giving a natural richness and clean dairy flavour. The result is an ice cream with a smooth texture and a clear, balanced profile that reflects its origin.
