Founded in 1891 in Ondarroa on the Bay of Biscay, Conservas Ortiz is one of Spain’s most respected producers of preserved seafood, built on generations of traditional fishing and careful preparation.
At the centre of the range are their white tuna and anchovies. The tuna is line-caught and slowly cooked before being hand-flaked and packed in olive oil, giving a tender texture and clean, rounded flavour. Their anchovies, matured in salt and filleted by hand, offer depth, balance, and a natural salinity without harshness.
Used across simple preparations and finished dishes, they bring a high level of quality to any dish, whether folded through, laid across, or served as they are.
