Green ‘Lucques’ olives are a French variety exclusively grown in the Languedoc region in Southern France. They are large and fleshy and have a wonderful nutty flavour. This very young olive has a small crescent-shaped stone, clear crunchy flesh, with an incredibly soft flavour with tastes of fresh almonds and avocados.
