This celeriac fennel medallion / mini burger is made from freshly cut celeriac, fennel, oats, garlic, wheat flour and sunflower oil. It has a culinary, anise-like flavour and a firm texture. It is 100% vegan, 100% natural (no preservatives, artificial colour, fragrance or flavours) and handcrafted.
Description
This celeriac fennel medallion / mini burger is made from freshly cut celeriac, fennel, oats, garlic, wheat flour and sunflower oil. It has a culinary, anise-like flavour and a firm texture. It is 100% vegan, 100% natural (no preservatives, artificial colour, fragrance or flavours) and handcrafted.
Baking: After defrosting the product, first let the oil get hot in a frying pan or baking tray, and then fry for 2-3 minutes until crispy on both sides.
Deep-frying: deep-fry straight from the freezer for 2-3 minutes at a minimum of 170 C.
SERVING TIP: Delicious with tarragon mayonnaise or remoulade sauce and diced pickles / cornichons or capers with chopped pearl onions
