                    Rich in flavour, the Redefine Beef Flank has earned a position of honour amongst the world’s leading chefs. Prepared with sizzling innovation, this tender cut of new-meat* is perfect for all cooking methods.
Plant-based Redefine Beef Flank allows vegans, as well as, meat lovers, to enjoy a great meat-eating experience, without compromising on taste.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Slice the Redefine Beef Flank against the grain into three 3cm wide pieces.
- Rub generously with oil, this will prevent the flank from adhering to the pan/grill.
- Pan sear or grill the cuts over medium/high heat, for about 4-5 minutes per side. When done the measured internal temperature taken at the center of the product should read 72°C.
- Remove the flank from the pan or grill. Slice each, along the grain, into 1/2-1cm thick slices.
- Before serving, season with coarse salt, crushed black pepper and olive oil.
