This  green apple, of the "Granny Smith" variety, is grown just a few kilometers from our production plant, on the slopes of the Rhône valley. It is harvested in October at the right maturity to preserve its vibrant green colour and smooth, shiny skin. Very fragrant, its flesh is crunchy, juicy, and tangy.
