Dukkah is a spice mix that originated in Egypt where locals traditionally dip their bread in olive oil and dukkah. Terre Exotique dukkah is an excellent blend of roasted hazelnuts, sesame seeds, coriander seeds and cumin. Dukkah works very well in fish and meat marinades, as a coating, added to vegetables, salads and dips.
