Premium Perle Imperial caviar produced from a hybrid sturgeon (Huso dauricus × Acipenser schrenckii), combining the characteristics of Beluga and Asetra caviar. The sturgeon are raised in a natural lake environment, allowing them to develop a refined flavour, smooth texture and consistent quality. With amber to light brown pearls measuring 2–3mm, this caviar offers a delicate, buttery taste and is widely used by fine dining restaurants.
Use
Serve chilled on its own or as a garnish for blinis, canapés, seafood, eggs and other premium dishes. For the best flavour and texture, keep refrigerated and serve directly from the tin.
