They have access to the same acorns that are fed the prized Iberico de Bellota and are raised on a diet of natural-based foods comprising of wheat, barley, corn and soybeans. As the animals are raised free range they have a rich flavour profile with excellent marbling. They are antibiotic/hormone free.
