Located in the French Southwest, Les Délices de Saint Orens is a farm producer of duck foie gras and duck meat. It was established in 2006 by founders Bruno Castaing and Guy Dehez. Castaing heralds from a third generation preserve makers, and Dehez’s from a family of duck farmers and foie gras connoisseurs. Their joint expertise guarantees unmatched quality and authenticity in every product.

The farm raise their ducks on open ground for a period of 14 to 16 weeks, overseeing every part of their diet. The corn, harvested from their own fields, is the primary food for the ducks. As producers they focus on a sustainable, full-circle farming approach and manage the complete end-to-end process — from rearing to processing and packaging. This guarantees authenticity and complete traceability.

In 2023, Les Délices de Saint Orens celebrated notable accolades securing a podium at the Concours Général Agricole for their preserved and semi-cooked foie gras, and a silver medal at Les Épicures competition, which celebrates find foods.

Their award-winning products grace the tables of many distinguished chefs across France and their range is available in Ireland exclusively via Redmond Fine Foods.
