Kalios, a merging of ‘Kalamata’ and ‘Helios’ (the Greek term for the sun), was created over a decade ago by the Chantzios siblings, Gregory and Pierre-Julien. Their ambition was simple: showcase the brilliance of the Greek terroir.

Beyond their renowned olives and olive oil, Kalios collaborates with artisanal producers from across Greece, bringing treasures like 5-year oak-aged white balsamic, Messolonghi smoked salt, smoked eel, and PDO barrel aged feta of Lemnos.

Their unwavering commitment to quality and sustainability shines through in every choice: pesticide-free cultivation, non-irrigated plots, and bird-friendly groves.

Primarily tailored to the foodservice industry, Kalios products are served in over 1,500 global restaurants, including the Ritz and Georges V in Paris, and boasts a presence in over 100 Michelin-starred establishments. The range are also available in famous retail outlets La Grande Epicerie De Paris and KaDeWe Berlin.

With Redmond Fine Foods, Kalios is available in Ireland since 2023, uniting taste enthusiasts with the essence of Greece.
