GF Oat Flour, Shipton Mill, 25kg

A lovely short flour, this will add a great texture to cookies and bread mixes, and can stand in for ground almonds in some of the more expensive ingredients lists. Team it with another short flour - e.g. white rice - and a small amount of binder such as guar or xanthan gum to make an excellent base for tray bakes.
