This Spanish light & super crunchy bread is versatile and easily defrosted in 5 min. Better served hot.
Ideal with garlic, fresh tomatoes, Iberico ham, olive oil, smoked salmon, buffalo mozzarella, cream cheese, anchovies in olive oil or simply olives.
Serving Suggestion:
1) Place the crispy bread at room temperature for 5 minutes and cut into slices
2) Preheat oven to 200°C and bake for 5-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
