An exceptionally tender pork belly, slightly spicy, enhanced by sous-vide cooking and technology. Seasoned with honey, paprika, onion, rosemary, curry, fennel, thyme and chili powder. Once thawed out, cook for 10-15 minutes at 180°C in a traditional oven or in a pan for a caramelised finish.
