This Iberico pork meat comes from “Pata Negra” pigs, raised predominantly in the Catalonian province in Spain. The pigs have access to the same acorns that are fed the prized Iberico de Bellota and are raised on a diet of natural-based foods comprising of wheat, barley, corn and soybeans. As the animals are raised free range they have a rich flavour profile with excellent marbling. Their diet is antibiotic & hormone- free.
