Description
Baerg Marti Jungfraujoch balsamic vinegars are produced from fully ripened Swiss pears. Only hand-picked fruit from selected fruit farmers is used in Baerg Marti vinegars. The balsamic vinegars have an acidic content of 5% and are filled into elegant 200 ml bottles. Both of these first-class vinegars are presented in a high quality packaging. The balsamic vinegar is stored and matured in oak barrels on Jungfraujoch in the Bernese Alps at an elevation of 3,454 metres above sea level. A pure natural product without additives. 

This balsamic balances perfectly with cheeses, strawberries, ice-creams and foie-gras.
