Seafood, Fish & Caviar
We work closely with Irish and European seafood suppliers in an effort to source the finest seafood and fish roe in a sustainable and responsible manner from the world’s seas and oceans.
SHELLFISH
A sample of our selection includes fabulous Kamchatka red king crab from the icy waters of the north seas. Traditionally considered a luxurious delicacy the red king crab meat is comparable with that of the finest lobster.
Also available from our main seafood supplier Jan Van As, based in Amsterdam, are various sized fresh scallops in the shell; David Herve French oysters and the superbly meaty Umami oyster; gambas, langoustines, lobster tails and shrimps in numerous sizes and specifications.
FISH
We provide super fresh tuna while in season and various cured and preserved seafoods including the famous pale smoked cod from Walter Ewing fishmongers in Belfast.
CAVIAR
We work exclusively with the House of Caviar & Fine Food based in Rotterdam to source the finest fish roe and caviars. Each product is 100% traceable and marked with a code referring to the original CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species and Fauna) permit for the lot. Caviars are available as wild, semi-wild and farmed and in various sizes.
