Cacao Barry Ocoa Pur noir is a distinctive dark chocolate with a food cocoa taste and a hint of acidity.  This is a ‘new generation’ chocolate with a pure and intense taste of cocoa obtained through the Q fermentation, a process that captures the purest cocoa flavours from each bean. Ocoa Pur Noir is a 70% chocolate, perfect for moulding and enrobing. It pairs well with ingredients such as vanilla, fleur de sel, apricot and blackcurrant.
